Family of Agency Funds--Together We Grow

Agency Endowment Funds under the umbrella of the Story County Community Foundation maintain assets that benefit their organization. Investment income is distributed on an annual basis, creating a stable income stream. The agency may choose to leave the income in the endowment fund allowing it to grow. Agencies are able to focus on fundraising rather than fund investing due to our affiliation with the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines and their skill in administering and investing endowment assets The following organizations are investing in their future with an Agency Endowment Fund at the Story County Community Foundation.

Endowment is the charitable fuel that will drive our nonprofit sector in the long-term.

The Foundation is able to accept online donations for both the Story County Community Foundation and for our Family of Funds. These are handled through our affiliation with the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines
